I provide individual sessions in alternative healing, either at your home or office, or here in my own environment on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. Clients come to me to relieve stress and anxiety in their body and spirit, and to maintain a regular program of self-care and relaxation for optimal health.

My approach to healing integrates several therapies. Reflexology
gently relaxes and rebalances the body using reflexive points in the feet and hands.

uses non-invasive methods of nurturing and improving the body’s natural energy field.

celebrates a sense of the sacred in all things, with shared wisdom and guidance for the soul.

Healing should also be fun! Many of my clients make their sessions even more memorable and self-nurturing by adding a luxurious spa-quality foot bath to their reflexology. I have designed a number of relaxing and invigorating enhancements for your feet and your senses, using organic essential oils, select garden botanicals, smooth river stones, and a variety of skin-friendly scrubs. For the ultimate relaxation experience, "Magnum Opus" sessions are also available, featuring live harp music by award-winning performer/composer
Harper Tasche.
